Sweet Summer Fruit Dip

This dip is the perfect pair to some of summer's freshest fruits!  It's not only high in protein, but it's also sweetened with natural sweeteners such as honey- so it's guilt-free. Since it only takes 5 minutes to make, pack it in your lunch box to help you work through that mid-day slump. 

Not sure what to pair with a sweet dip? Try some whole-wheat cinnamon graham crackers, or some of your favorite fruit such as apples, pears, or peaches. Enjoy!

Ingredients
 1 cup 2% or nonfat Greek yogurt
 1 dash cinnamon
 1 tbsp honey
 ¼ cup blueberries
 ¼ tsp quality vanilla extract
 cinnamon graham crackers, for dipping
 sliced apples, for dipping

In your favorite bowl, together the yogurt, cinnamon, honey, blueberries, and vanilla if using. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with graham crackers, sliced apples, or your favorite fruit!
