Sweet Potato Fries

I love sweet potato fries! 

Quick and easy to make, this baked recipe is a healthy alternative to your usual French fry. Customize the spices to your liking and pair with your favorite burger or sandwich. Enjoy!

Ingredients
 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp paprika, optional
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400⁰F. Slice the sweet potatoes into sticks 1/4 to 1/2-inch-wide and 3 inches long and toss them with the oil.

Mix the spices, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, and toss them with the sweet potatoes. Then spread the fries evenly onto two rimmed baking sheets.

Bake until brown and crisp on the bottom, about 15 minutes, then flip and cook until the other side is crisp, about 10 minutes. Serve hot and pair with your favorite sandwich or burger!
