Cantaloupe Breakast Bowl

AuthorLauren Timmerman, MS, RDNCategoryDifficultyBeginner

I love using fruit bowls to sweeten up an average breakfast! It's a low calorie fruit, but it's an excellent source Vitamin A. Vitamin A plays an important role in eye and skin health, and is necessary for a healthy immune system.

Try honeydew, pineapple, or even a small personal watermelon as an alternative to cantaloupe. Feel free to add in any additional fruits you may have on hand. Enjoy!
