Vermont Salumi’s whole boneless hams are brined with brown sugar and maple syrup then gently tumbled with herbs and smoked to perfection. Some of the best ham we have ever tried!

Fully cooked- Serve room temp or cover with foil and warm in the oven at 250 for about 30 minutes

All hams are made with pork raised without antibiotics.
