As a kid, I only wanted pancakes…what a fool I was! Older and clearly wiser now, I have moved on from the flat, drab pancake world and landed feet first in the Lopaus Point Gluten Free Waffle universe. These waffles share all the best qualities of their full-of-gluten brethren: an exceptionally crispy crunchy outer layer and a moist soft inside–but minus that feeling you get after indulging in an ultra processed product such is the former.
