Rogowski Farm is located in the legendary “Black Dirt Region” of Warwick, New York and is one of the most diverse and productive farms I have ever visited. The moniker is as true as can be, as I have truly never seen blacker dirt in my life! Run by Cheryl Rogowski (and in her family since 1955), Rogowski Farm ascribes to the theory that you don’t need harsh chemicals to grow great food. They are Certified Naturally Grown and proud to grow food the right way, without carcinogenic sprays or chemical fertilizers. Today on their 150 acres, they grow everything from Jerusalem Artichokes to Green Garlic, to Ginger Root…..and in their covered rows they are able to produce incredible Greens all winter long.
